Apply a small amount of foundation evenly with the sponge. To obtain a lighter shade, wet the sponge slightly before application. Careful not to be harsh on your skin, just dab the product and blend gently and thoroughly.
Gently wash the sponge in warm water after each use. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze for excess water. Allow it to air dry. If the sponge has lost its original shape or starts to shred at the edges then replace it with a new one.
